Guarantee

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for the purchase price, (less credit card fees) provided your item is returned in the same condition as when purchased. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, packaging and insurance. Refund for purchase price minus original shipping and packaging costs will be issued to original payment source once returned item is received in original condition. Buyer is responsible for insurance coverage, and claims for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise that may occur during return shipment. Should you wish to return an item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt and ship the item back to us, insured, at your own expense within 3 days.

RT Lloyd Collection stands behind all our merchandise and attempts to describe each piece as accurately as possible. Measurements, unless otherwise noted, are in inches.

Payment Options & SHIPPING

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, cash, business check, money orders or wire transfer.

We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until full payment has been received and until checks have cleared.

All orders will have shipping costs added unless local pickup arrangements are made. We ship most small items in-house (will be notified of in-house shipping), and use UPS store #2655  (Curtis, 248-684-1141, store2655@thestore.com), if a 3rd party shipper is not provided within five (5) days after sale. (It is best to contact shipper for a shipping estimare on larger items before purchase, as once purchased, shipping /pick-up is your responsibility).

All orders delivered to a Michigan address are subject to state sales tax unless we have a current resale certificate on file.
