This years fourteenth annual Indian Art And Frontier Antiques Show will be held in Ann Arbor, MI., at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds (WFC), 5055 Ann Arbor-Saline Road, Ann Arbor, MI. (between Ann Arbor and Saline; 3 miles south off interstate I-94, at exit 175). It is open to the public. And again there is no home football game traffic. Plan your calendar and we hope you can make it, all indoors, free parking; the Michigan special event, known for its quality Indian Frontier Antiques, with dealers and attendees traveling from far and near, across the country.


Show hours are Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for the public at $5.00 adult admission (kids free), or early buyers 2:30 PM on Friday at $10.00 each, plus early buyers Saturday morning at 7:30 AM for $20.00 each. Dealer access only, and set-up, starts Friday 12:00 noon (not before) and/or Saturday morning at 7:00 AM. We welcome Antique Indian beadwork, fur trade goods (trade silver/trade guns/ Jesuit rings/ trade kettles/pipe tomahawks), plus Kentucky rifles, power horns, frontier knives, burl bowls, Indian effigy wooden ladles, Colonial antiques (pewter/trunks/bottles/containers/early lighting/cast iron goods), 18th & 19th century Military, Indian baskets, S.W. turquoise jewelry and concha belts, pottery, frontier photographs, and framed subject art and books, plus any related antiques. Food concessions are available.

INDIAN ART AND FRONTIER ANTIQUES SHOW          CONTRACT

for Saturday, October  14, 2023, Ann Arbor, Michigan

Washtenaw Farm Council Fairgrounds, 5055 Ann Arbor-Saline Rd., exit 175 off I-94

As an exhibitor of the Indian Art And Frontier Antiques Show, the undersigned dealer agrees to abide by the following conditions and terms:

  • Neither the Washtenaw Farm Council, Dick Lloyd, nor their agents or employees shall be responsible for any loss or damage to property (exhibits, vehicles, inventory, or any personal property), or injury/death while using the premises. The Farm council and show promoter shall be held harmless from any liability.
  • The management and show promoter will provide no insurance on the property of the exhibitor or his agents.
  • Exhibitors are to display and/or sell quality antiques within the theme of the show, i.e., concentrating on 18th & 19th century Native American, Colonial, and Frontier Life Antique items (early fur trade and early American Life pioneer items thru the Indian Wars era), plus Western turquoise jewelry, concha belts, baskets, pottery, framed art, subject photographs and books, etc., are welcome. 
  • No cartridge guns or gun powder, no alcohol or smoking is allowed, and no WW items (Nazi) material.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax (MI sales tax is 6%).
  • No attaching anything to the walls; keep your area clean as found, and please clean up before leaving. Please do not pack up before 3:00 PM.
  • Unloading & loading shall be done quickly, without blocking doorways. Unload and move your vehicles before setting up.
  • Bring table covers covering the table front; bring your own hand cart. 

Please print, sign, and return this contract with your payment as soon as possible for show planning and floor layout purposes, plus to ensure your table location is "locked in". Make check payments payable to Dick Lloyd (receipts will be given for any cash payments). To finalize your reservation we need a signed paper contract returned. Any paid cancellations will be refunded as the table space is re-rented by management.

The show is open to the public. Show hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday,   at an adult admission of $5.00 (kids are free),

or early buyers 2:30 PM on Friday at $10.00  (or both days $20),

plus early buyers Saturday morning at 7:30 AM for $20.00 each.   Parking is free.

Dealers only may start set-up Friday 12:00 noon till - 8:00 PM, or Saturday morning at 7:00 AM.
